Hot August Night, Neil Diamond’s double live album was the first music I remember loving. The roar of the crowd and feeling the drums reverberate through my chest over my parents Onkyo speakers, pure bliss! That feeling launched a lifelong passion for drumming and entertaining as well as finding ways to empower others through music. My journey started with drumming and developing my voice as a singer. That dual talent brought opportunity to play professionally in many bands spanning multiple genera including heavy metal (Judas Priest, Iron Maiden), music from the 60’s & 70’s 

(Grateful Dead, Neil Young, The Beatles), newer Alt/ off mainstream bands like Beck, Cake, Wilco and Lord Huron. 

Music and my Occupational Therapy career blend as a perfect platform to share the power of music. I crafted “LoveBomb” to entertain and engage challenged populations through highly interactive percussion and singing workshops. 

Through Covid, as a frontline healthcare worker myself, I witnessed and experienced firsthand the impact of the pandemic on the professions. I felt the stress of my nurse colleagues, the physicians, the administrators and everyone else who worked tirelessly to care for our most vulnerable. I understood not only the need for healing but a way out of some of the stress

  ”DrumWell” is a curated reissue of the same therapeutic themes I provide my patients/residents but redirected to serve  healthcare  and other professions.  I have created a portable multi-level drumming , singing  full sensory Snoezellen experience . It’s user friendly / ready to go and probably more fun than you’re expecting..  Through DrumWell sessions , I guide a unique opportunity to express internal energy aimed at decreasing stress, burnout and the effects of trauma.
